GEODETIC/CONTROL SURVEY

An accurate and reliable control network is the basis for all our subsequent survey and mapping operations, ground or aerial based. GCI’s surveyors exercise great care and diligence both when using existing geodetic control networks from which to base our surveys.

TOPOGRAPHIC MAPPING/TERRAIN MODELLING

Our clients demand, and receive from GCI, reliable, accurate and complete ground surveys and digital terrain models from which to base their engineering designs, from highways and railways to resorts, golf courses or entire industrial zones.

MARINE & HYDROGRAPHIC SURVEY

GCI provides clients with detailed 3D underwater (ponds, rivers, lakes and oceans) bed models derived from bathymetric surveys using GNSS controlled hydrographic survey equipment.

CADASTRAL SURVEY

Land disputes are time consuming and costly. GCI understands local regulatory conditions and provides clients with peace of mind cadastral boundary surveys, both as checks on previously issued title or land use rights certificates, as well as new property lines.

DESIGN SURVEY

Our professional surveyors undertake detailed topographic and hydrographic surveys for planning, architectural and engineering consultants who require complete, reliable and accurate data delivered on time, formatted for their design work and quantity and cost estimates.

CONSTRUCTION SURVEY

On site, GCI’s surveyors work closely with civil engineers, project and construction managers and supevisors to ensure that structures are built to design in terms of position, line, alignment and level.

MONITORING SURVEY

At the post construction phase owners and operators requiring monitoring (settlement, displacement, verticality) of their structures rely on GCI to provide accurate and timely data.

AERIAL MAPPING

With multi-sensor (digital camera, LiDAR, hyper-spectral) and multi-platform (fixed wing, helicopter or UAV) options, GCI delivers cost effective high resolution data solutions over medium to large areas.

SATELLITE MAPPING

GCI uses high resolution satellite imagery and derived data in support of land and resource management, infrastructure and urban planning, mining and exploration, civil and environmental monitoring.

From field POI mapping to database design to server-based map delivery to mobile device audits and control, GCI provides a 1-stop GIS solution.

3D MODELLING & BIM

We integrate your design and attribute data over our 3D terrain data and/or satellite/aerial imagery for improved project visualisation and evaluation.

TDD SURVEYS

Surveys for Technical Due Diligence reports are becoming an increasing portion of our work. Boundary checks, easement and encumbrance verification, flood plain surveys, dimensional surveys are just some of the TDD tasks requested.
